Essential: Backup and Restore Android Apps and Data
Gotta take a full backup of your Android device? If you’re planing to either upgrade your Android OS or factory reset your phone, you should backup everything on your Android phone or tablet so that they can be restored after the upgrade or reset.
Mobile Manager gives you the power to take a full backup of your Android device to computer with just one click. Whenever you upgrade your Android OS, reset to factory setting, migrate from old Android to a new one, you can effortlessly get restored from the backup files.
For Android phone and tablet users, you can backup and restore almost all content including: app data, contacts, SMS, calendars, call logs, music, video and photos.
1. Take a Full Backup of Your Android Device
Step 1. Run Mobile Manager and Connect Android Phone or Tablet
Install Mobile Manager after you have downloaded on your computer. Then connect your Android device via its USB cable or over WiFi. In the primary window, go to One-Click Backup
Step 2. Start Backing Up Android
Choose the content on your smartphone or tablet you want to backup. Specify the location for saving the backup file. Then, simply hit on the Back Up button to begin the backup process. You should keep the device connecting with your computer during the process.
2. Restore Android Data from Backup
In the primary window, click Super Toolkit tab. In the Essential section, click Restore.
Step 1. Choose the Content You Want to Restore
In the restore window, you can get the list of backed up files. Choose your wanted one and the content you want to retrieve to your Android device.
You can tick Clear data before restoring at the lower right corner to wope all the existing data on your current Android device. Then, click Restore button to get the contents restored to your Android device.
Note: During the Restore process, please don’t disconnect your device.
