1. Connect Your iPhone, iPad or iPod
You can connect your iOS device with a USB digital cable. Just follow the steps as below to make yourself on the right track.

How to Connect Your iDevice with A USB Cable?
State 1: For Original iPods, including iPod nano, iPod shuffle, iPod classic
Step 1. Download, install and run this iTransfer Phone Manager on your computer.
Step 2. Plug your iPod into the computer with the USB cable, then you’ll get the connected iPod on the primary window.

Step 2. Connect your iPhone/iPad with PC/Mac, and then unlock your device.
Step 3. Confirm Trust on your iDevice (iOS 7 and later).
If you see a Trust This Computer alert on your iDevice, tap Trust. If you still see the alert, you might need to reset your lockdown folder.
Then your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch will be connected and displayed with the device info.
Fail to Connect your iOS device? Follow These Tips
If this Phone Manager couldn’t recognize your connected iDevice, try to fix with the following tips.
- Make sure that your device is turned on.
- Check iOS version of your Apple device if it is the supported version.
- Click Retry to reconnect your Apple device.
- Plug out the USB cable and plug into the USB cable to reconnect.
- Try another USB cable.
- Try another USB port on your computer.
- Close Wondershare iTransfer software and restart it.
- Install the driver for your Apple device
How to Connect Your Android Device?
Step 1. Enable USB Debug on your Android device. How to>>
Step 2. Ensure that you have allowed or checked MTP connection on the connected Android device.
Step 3. Then the connected Android phone/tablet will display on the main window with details of device.
Fail to Connect your Android device? Follow These Tips
- Check Android version of your Android device.
- Click Retry to reconnect your Android device.
